We try to respond to every inquiry, however please be aware that it may take us a few days to get back to you.

The information contained within the planning guides helps us to understand your project needs and goals. Please complete it as best you can, save it to your hard drive with your company or organization name as file name and then upload the finished document.
Please note: You must have the full version of Adobe Acrobat to save the documents. Otherwise, you must print and fax us your reponses.
Upon a successful form submission, we should be in contact with you within one week. Depending on our project workload, it may take us up to two weeks to respond and set up your initial consultation.
Please don't complete this step until you've downloaded and completed the Web Planning Guide or Print Planning Guide in Step 1.
Our project costs are based on scope, complexity and timing. Print projects start at about $150, while web projects usually range from $795 to $3000. See our project packages for a more specific breakdown. We accept checks and credit cards, and will ask that you pay a 50% deposit at the start of the project.
Project timelines may vary based our current project load. Timing often ranges from 2-4 weeks for graphic design-based projects and 6-14 weeks for website projects, depending on numbers of revisions, amount of content and additional services needed.
If you're a new client, we ask that you first take the time to fill out one of our project Planning Guides, available for download using the links above. While the start time of your project will depend on our current project workload, the preparedness of your ideas and content will speed up the process considerably.
If our companies enter a contract agreement, you will most likely work directly with owner and chief designer Erin Hyland. Depending on your needs and our project load, you may also work with a few of our project partners on design, development, copywriting, editing, marketing or consulting needs.
